fix(pi): complete turn after dispatching /compact command#5

Pi's compact RPC doesn't fire agent_end, so the turn was stuck indefinitely. Complete the turn immediately after dispatching. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
