Do not open a public issue for sensitive reports. Include enough detail to reproduce the problem (affected path or script, host assumptions, and impact). Reports about third-party tools referenced here (for example XcodeBuildMCP or Maestro) should go to those projects unless the issue is in this repository’s guidance or wrappers.
