fix: send gateway OTLP directly to pulse.braintrust.dev - #114

When aiGateway.braintrustAppUrl is the default https://www.braintrust.dev, point OTLP_HTTP_ENDPOINT at https://pulse.braintrust.dev/otel instead of going through www. Custom app URLs keep {appUrl}/api/pulse/otel.

Description
The gateway still sends OTLP telemetry through
www.braintrust.dev/api/pulse/otel, because the chart buildsOTLP_HTTP_ENDPOINTfromaiGateway.braintrustAppUrl. The API and Brainstore already send directly topulse.braintrust.devsince image v2.20.0.With the default app URL (
https://www.braintrust.dev, with or without a trailing slash), the gateway now useshttps://pulse.braintrust.dev/otel. A custom app URL keeps{appUrl}/api/pulse/otel, the same rule the code default uses. An emptyglobal.controlPlaneTelemetrystill sets no endpoint.Testing
./test.sh: passes (420 unit tests, rendering for all clouds, lint).helm templatewith default, custom and empty values renders the endpoints above.
