Add the shared BoringCache stack logo to the README with light and dark variants and accessible alt text. Update the Action's description and use the blue layers badge so its branding matches BoringCache.
Validation: the distribution check passes, both README logo references resolve, and SVGs were reviewed in light and dark themes. Action inputs, outputs, execution settings, runtime files, and immutable examples are unchanged.
