Add the shared BoringCache stack logo to the README with light and dark variants and accessible alt text. Use a concise CLI introduction while keeping installation and onboarding near the top.
Validation: both logo references resolve to self-contained SVGs; light and dark variants were visually reviewed. Installation commands, workflow examples, and immutable Action pins are unchanged.
