This pull request updates the Renovate configuration to ignore certain GitHub workflow and action files. But we'll have this problem across all repos right? I think we may need to take the step of having common renovate schema in bootc-dev/infra.
Also if we do have it in the infra repo I think we should auto-generate ignorePaths from what's in common/

The renovate can update action and workflows in
bootc-dev/infra. When the update PR inbootc-dev/inframerged, the push triggers thesyn commonto send PR to update action and workflows in this repo.
