Replace GHA by Boost.CIs reusable workflow
* Remove unused using * Replace `boost/cstdint` by `<cstdint>` * Replace superflous `boost/limits.hpp` includes `std::numeric_limits` is used everywhere. * Fix some warnings * Consistently use `std::` instead of `::std::` qualifiers * Remove superflous <limits> includes * Add missing <cstdint> includes * Add missing <limits> includes
* Add missing test dependencies * Include most tests in CMake test file * Avoid sign compare warning in test * Fix use of deprecated header * Only compile test_lagged_fibonacci44497 etc They overflow the stack due to 2 generator instances using 348kB each, allocated on the stack, and another 348kB on-stack buffer being used in `seed_array_real`.
* Fix deprecated-copy warnings in polynomial.hpp Explicitely delete the copy constructor as the implicit copy constructor for 'reference' is deprecated because it has a user-declared copy assignment operator * Reorder reference member functions * Default copy/move ctors We need to be able return `reference`
Replace by initializer list and simple helper.
