The troubleshooting entry for virtual_ptr<> must be passed by value or by const reference began "A method takes a virtual_ptr by non-const lvalue reference, or by rvalue reference". That states as a fact something the library refuses.

It now names the declarations that produce the message, virtual_ptr<Node>& and virtual_ptr<Node>&&, and then states the rule: a method takes a virtual_ptr by value, which is cheap, or by const reference.

The docs build without warnings on the page, and the row renders with all five code spans formatted.

The entry for "virtual_ptr<> must be passed by value or by const

reference", stating as fact what the library refuses. It now names the
declarations that produce the message, and the rule: by value or by
const reference.
