Add Wait() to RootScheduler so callers can block until all worker goroutines exit after context cancellation. Use this in the cold snapshot tests to ensure background deferred-mirror-restore jobs finish before TempDir cleanup runs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
