When the provider is openai-compat and the configured base URL returns non-OpenAI IDs such as meta-llama/..., mistral-*, or anthropic/claude-*, this filter drops every model because it only accepts IDs that look like OpenAI's own gpt-*/o*/chatgpt-* names. If all returned models use provider-specific IDs, discovery reports no compatible text models and the dialog falls back to the baked-in OpenAI choices instead of the user's server catalog; apply this filter only to the first-party OpenAI provider or accept all /models IDs for openai-compat.
