To support implementations where
lastEventIdis tracked outside of theEventSourceinstance, support functionality to initialize theEventSourceclass while specifying theLast-Event-IDrequest header sent on initial connection.This PR adds
lastEventIdtoEventSourceOptionsto support settingEventSource.lastEventIdwithin theEventSourceconstructor. IflastEventIdis not provided inEventSourceOptions, default to null to maintain existing behavior.
