brew install <url> isn't working currently

OK, thank you @iamolegga for reporting this. I will take a look – it seems that something has changed with Homebrew. I hope I will be able to check & fix over the weekend. Thanks.

Hi , I'm using Big Sur cant install properly, this is the output of my console:

$ brew upgrade https://raw.githubusercontent.com/beplus/makeicon/master/makeicon.rb
Updating Homebrew...
Traceback (most recent call last):
