Ensures that the labels passed forward in no_proxy checks are the host labels, not the previous no_proxy spec.

Closing as outdated. The hackney codebase has been significantly refactored to use a gen_statem-based connection model. The function do_match_no_proxy_env no longer exists - the no_proxy logic was rewritten to use matches_no_proxy/2 with lists:any. Thank you for the contribution!
