Add .claude dir with relevant skills

As claude is heavily used. We should include a dir with claude skills.

At least for:

• architecture.md: with overall code architecture
• modelImport.md: min set of changes and requirements to add a model
• buildNrun.md: min set of instruction to run and debug locally to avoid Claude trying different test and build approach when out of context or compacitng too much
