- Show location-level availability on the booking locations step using existing offices API data (online_status, appointments_enabled_ind, next_appointment_date).
- Keep disabled offices (DISABLE) in the list with a callout message; grey out offices with no bookable slots and block Continue until a bookable location is selected.
- Sort bookable locations first (then A–Z / nearest); for knowledge-test (DLKT) services, hide SHOW offices with no available slots.
