A Lightweight Task Manager

• A custom-made version of Taskmgr.exe which doesnt eat up resources trying to show Resource Usage.
• Shows a more realistic System usage without the default Task Manager bloat.
• Lower CPU and RAM footprint.
• Closes to Tray, the app automatically flushes it's internal state while in Tray, but runs in a low-power state which is required for the Tray Hover Usage monitoring, and also the tray Icon Usage Display.
