memory-infra skill published standalone (was #2002) #2058

It keeps the shape you reviewed — four note types (Server, DeployedProject, Artifact, ChangeLog), brief-before-work / record-after-work, and the red lines around unregistered targets — with all five Codex findings fixed. It uses the bm_* MCP tools the same way the bundled skills do, ships no scripts, and is MIT licensed so there is no license coupling with Basic Memory.

Verified with npx skills add frank-liu-git/skills --list (finds one skill, memory-infra).
