- Rename the distribution (import name agentloop_tools unchanged); Apache-2.0 license, README, changelog, publishable metadata; depend on based-models-agentloop>=0.4.0,<0.5.0. - CI and a Trusted Publishing release workflow (PyPI behind the `pypi` environment, TestPyPI dry run, GitHub Release with the same files); wheel check script. - sdist and wheel contain only the package, LICENSE, README and changelog.
