### basecamp-cli installs from its `stable` branch

The `basecamp-cli` entry, and its `basecamp` alias, install from
basecamp-cli's `stable` branch rather than `main`. The plugin's skills run the
`basecamp` command, which people install from releases, so the skills have to
match a release too. basecamp-cli's release workflow fast-forwards `stable` to
each stable release once it has published, so a release changes nothing here.
