Suggested follow-up commands drop --profile #943

Found while reviewing #941.

Breadcrumbs carry --account when the account was not persistent (hasPersistentAccount / replyAccountArg, internal/commands/comment.go#L678-L700). They never carry --profile. Run basecamp --profile staging spotlight 456 --hints, and the suggested basecamp unspotlight 456 runs under the default profile when copied. That can be a different account or host.

This affects every command whose breadcrumbs use these helpers, not only spotlight. Suggested fix: when the profile came from a flag, have the shared helper add --profile <name> the way it adds --account.
