Problem

gs sync in consumer mode fails on the engram step:

github.com/Gentleman-Programming/engram/v2/cmd/engram@v0.0.0-...: invalid version:
missing github.com/Gentleman-Programming/engram/v2/cmd/engram/go.mod at revision 8e525e7

Cause

engram's go.mod now declares module github.com/Gentleman-Programming/engram/v3. The consumer branch of cmd_sync still installs the v2 module path, which no longer exists upstream.

Workshop clones were unaffected (they build from the local checkout with go install ./cmd/engram).

Fix

One line: engram/v2/cmd/engram → engram/v3/cmd/engram.

Verification

  • GOPROXY=direct go install github.com/Gentleman-Programming/engram/v3/cmd/engram@main → engram 3.2.2 ✓
  • Full gs sync on agent-dev (consumer): all three components updated, compat: OK (emits v9) ✓

engram go.mod now declares module github.com/Gentleman-Programming/engram/v3;
consumer-mode go install of the v2 path failed with 'missing go.mod at revision'.
Workshop clones were unaffected (built from checkout).
