The repo's agent skills now describe the current one-recipe-per-release structure consistently, and the
codemodskill is rebased onto upstream v1.1.3.codemods/v1.<minor>/with bundledscripts/*.ts) specified by one consolidated GitHub issue. Drops the old recipe-issue step; Step 9 files the single issue with a steps table, per-step detection/transformation/before-after sections, and the manual-only out-of-scope table. Classification granularity becomes "one step = one atomic migration". Prior-art pointers reference feat: Backstage 1.55.0 migration - add v1.55.0 migration recipe workflow #156 (1.55) and feat: Backstage 1.56.0 migration - add v1.56.0 migration recipe #189 (1.56).allowed-tools/argument-hintfrontmatter, the mining/Insights metrics trigger and authoring bullet, the Performant-codemods requirements, and the--no-interactive --install-skillrun step), with the local additions kept on top: the anonymous-feedback section and CLI bullet, parser-backed-file guidance, JSSG file-walking anti-patterns, and the repo-layout rule (one recipe package per release).codemods/v1.55.0); registry-source swapping is marked as legacy-workflow-only since current recipes run localjs_filescripts.Validated against the 1.56.0 research pass that produced #189.
