Summary
Squashed v2 port of #9452. Adds 28 CLI usage examples under
awscli/examples/controltower/for AWS Control Tower APIs.The original PR's per-commit history (~47 commits of small wording/newline fixes) cherry-picked cleanly through most steps, but produces redundant empty commits where later "fix grammar" commits superseded earlier ones. Squashing to a single commit to preserve the final reviewed file content and keep the original author attribution
