• package.json の aws-cdk 系のバージョンがずれていて、TypeScript がコンパイルできませんでした。1.30.0 に統一したら通りました。

• scripts/samlocal.sh は動いたのですが、APIGW の PUT /user や GET /user/{user_id} を呼ぶと、Lambda がエラーになりました
