Summary
Adds an optional source-evidence workflow for drafts that depend on a live X/Twitter conversation. The new guidance keeps this skill responsible for scoring, rewrites, and algorithm rationale while TweetClaw only supplies approved public X/Twitter context or approved post and reply execution in OpenClaw or MCP workflows.
