Adds a standalone FastLED rainbow test for the PCController MiniCore ATmega328P wiring: D6/PD6, 100 WS2811 pixels, BRG, brightness 64. Disables the unrelated active-low shift-register outputs and emits serial frame counts.
Validation: compiled with MiniCore 3.1.3 and FastLED 3.10.5 (6106 bytes flash, 653 bytes SRAM), uploaded to an ATmega328P, explicitly verified application flash through Urclock, and observed increasing serial frame counts. Urclock reported expected read-only vector differences. Physical LED appearance remains unverified; next action is a human visual check of the connected strip.
The board is left running this temporary test application. Its previous flash and EEPROM backups remain private local runtime state, outside Git. Restore ordinary PCController firmware when the test is complete.
