Add Anbernic RG Vita Pro board image

Board image for the Anbernic RG Vita Pro (RK3576 gaming handheld), to accompany the board port PR in armbian/build.

1920x1080 RGBA PNG, transparent background, same format as the existing board images (e.g. anbernic-rg-ds, #326). The Anbernic vendor logo is already in the repo, so this adds only the board image.
