WIP Update docs structure

Change the documentation structure on a Basic, Advanced Concepts section and FAQ sections.

Both aragonAPI and aragonCLI become their own micro-site.

Rearrange and update old documentation to make the on-boarding process more smooth.

TODO:

• Fix website generation

• Update dependencies and clean static website

• Double check if new designs dynamic SVGs are correct, otherwise kept gif

• Update aragonCLI and aragonAPI docs on each repo
