Gitpod is a cloud development environment platform that provides on-demand, ephemeral workspaces spun up from git repositories, enabling developers to write, review, and ship code from any device without local setup. The platform offers REST APIs and SDKs (TypeScript, Python, Go) for workspace lifecycle management, environment automation, organization administration, and billing.
