What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Remove the
branchinput for workflows that will be used for the decoupled CI schedulerWhy are the changes needed?
In the future, we will have a scheduler to trigger CI on a specific branch. These workflows will be used for scheduled CIs. They should not point to master branch.
build_and_test.ymlalready sets the default branch tobranch-4.xso we can just leave it empty.Notice that these workflows are not used at all at this moment.

CI should pass but this PR alone should have no impact at all.
