+1 for the lockfile security update. Reviewed the quinn-proto bump and its transitive RNG dependency changes; 0.11.18 includes upstream remote-panic and memory-exhaustion fixes. All 31 checks on this commit pass, including the Lance-enabled gcc-release job and its 48 CTest tests. Quinn is absent from that job's compilation log, so this validates the current build rather than an active QUIC runtime path. No blocking issue found.
