yea its just this one CI task, everything else is pretty fast |

ci failed and it doesn't look like intermediate error. Seems our implementation is not compatible with 4.0.0. |

we use the hive_metastore crate as the HMS client. I dont think hive 4.x is supported yet. There are some behavior and thrift definition change in the major version upgrade. lets hold off this change for now |

Follow up to #1823
The title mentioned using hive 4.0.0 but was actually using hive 3.1.3. This PR changes the hive image version to 4.0.0
Are these changes tested?
