FINERACT-2837: Fix GenerateRdScheduleTasklet INSERT column/type mismatches

Description

The "Generate Mandatory Savings Schedule" job always failed whenever it had actual work to process, such as an active, open-ended recurring deposit account. The issue was caused by JDBC-related defects in GenerateRdScheduleTasklet.execute().
