FINERACT-2838: Transaction summary report - Exclude re-age and fix amortization mapping sign

Description

Transaction Summary Report and Transaction Summary Report with Asset Owner:

Re-age transactions (type 29) are excluded from both reports, like the other types they already skip.
In the with Asset Owner report, AM_ADJ mappings in buy down fee amortization (42) and AM mappings in buy down fee amortization adjustment (43) are now negated, so the amount matches the transaction net.

E2E scenarios added for both sign cases and for re-age exclusion.
