Adds a Pethost tab to "Start Apache Answer" on the installation page, after aaPanel, in English and Chinese (after 宝塔面板 there), for Pethost's one-click Apache Answer template: https://pethost.dev/templates/apache-answer/
The template runs
apache/answer:2.0.3with SQLite on a volume andAUTO_INSTALL, with the admin's email and password asked at deploy, so the install page is never open. I deployed it: the admin signed in with that email and password, another password was refused, and after a restart Answer started without reinstalling and the same sign-in worked.
