We should move to use poetry 2 as a build backend, otherwise PyPI will complain with the format of the artifacts generated and the metadata.
Out of the scope of this PR - Poetry 2 suggests moving dependencies to
[project.dependencies]. This requires careful conversion of every caret constraint, especially 0.x constraints like ^0.136.3. Current workaround viadynamic = ["dependencies"]acts as a bridge between version 1 and 2 of Poetry. Consider migrating to this approach in a follow-up PR.
