Addresses #38
Our original tech review requested that we add badges to the README. Adding and displaying two badges (license, code style) and adding definitions for other standard badges (based on pyfluent README as example) so they're ready when available (i.e. once we have our first release to the public PyPI, and once the repo has been made public).
