Resolves #10

  • On a release, triggered by a version tag push to origin, publish the ansys-visor-dev package to the public PyPI, and also publish to the internal ansys-solutions PyPI.
  • Nightly, publish a dated dev package to the ansys-solutions internal PyPI only.
