docs(go): update Kimi K3 request estimates

Summary

• use the rounded Kimi K3 token profile: 1,050 input, 76,500 cached, and 300 output tokens
• update standard request estimates to 110 per 5 hours, 250 per week, and 490 per month
• translate the updated estimates across all 17 localized Go docs
• update the Go landing page to show 220 requests during the 2x promotion and 110 afterward

Validation

• git diff --check
• validated the Kimi K3 request row, token profile, and K2 profile split in all 17 translated docs
• bun typecheck unavailable: dependencies are not installed, and bun install --frozen-lockfile stops because node-gyp is unavailable for tree-sitter-powershell
