What does this PR do?
Adds an Amharic (አማርኛ) translation of the README as
README.am.mdand links it in the language switcher at the top ofREADME.md. Amharic is spoken by ~60 million people, primarily in Ethiopia, and was missing from the existing translations.How did you verify your code works?
Checked that the file renders correctly as Markdown and the link in
README.mdpoints to the correct file.Screenshots / recordings
