   Thanks for the suggestion! I think this is a duplicate of #44945, which asked for the same Bun 1.4 upgrade and has already been completed.

   OpenCode v2 (the @opencode/cli package, versions 2.x) already pins and ships Bun 1.4.2. The root package.json sets "packageManager": "bun@1.4.2", and release binaries are built with that version. According to #44945, this has been the case since v2.0.0.

   If you're still seeing Bun 1.3.x, you're probably on OpenCode v1 (the opencode-ai package, versions 0.x/1.x). v1 only gets critical fixes, so its bundled Bun won't be upgraded. Upgrading to v2 will get you Bun 1.4.

   Related issues, ordered from most to least likely to match:

   Closing this as a duplicate of #44945, since there hasn't been a reply in the past day. That issue asked for the same Bun 1.4 upgrade and is already done: OpenCode v2 (@opencode/cli, 2.x) ships with Bun 1.4.2. If you're seeing an older Bun, you're probably on v1 (opencode-ai, 0.x/1.x), and upgrading to v2 will get you Bun 1.4.

   If you're on v2 and still see an older Bun version, please comment with your opencode --version output and we can take another look. Thanks!
