…Direnv, envrc and uv
Docs: (Readme)- Updated the readme file with more information about the Postgres Grant method for providing privileges. Added information on the Direnv and envrc which are useful for loading and unloading environment variables in the project. Also added UV Python package which is faster and replaces pip, pips etc and installs command line applications globally.
