Cannot re-enable taskbar

I cannot go to the system tray to re-enable the taskbar... if I don't have a taskbar. Unless you are aware of a magic way to access the system tray without the taskbar, which I couldn't find anything for online, this seems like a flawed design.

I want a toggle switch on my taskbar tray area to enable and disable auto hide so I don't have to dive into the windows settings every time.

I launched this program after installing it, and it just gets rid of the taskbar altogether.

This app just doesn't do what it promised.

Explain how it should work?

When you run Thide, the taskbar gets hidden, including the system tray, because it's part of the taskbar. That's why Thide has a CLI command

I expected on launching this application, that it would add an easy toggle to enable and disable Windows' "automatically hide the taskbar" setting. So that you don't have to manually go to "taskbar settings > taskbar behaviours > automatically hide the taskbar" every single time you want to have it out of the way. I want to be able to turn this setting on and off from a toggle in the taskbar icon tray instead of having to navigate through settings every time.

Your application just makes the taskbar disappear altogether lol. It doesn't hide it, it just gets rid of it. I'm a GUI user, I don't want to bring up a CLI. I can't even get to the "🖱️ System Tray Icon - Easy access from system tray with menu", because the taskbar isn't accessible to get to the tray icon.

Even better if the application adds the toggle to Windows 11 quick settings rather than the icon tray.

@justletmeinffs If you don't like the app to work this way, you can fork it and make your own build. It's that simple, you can use AI to help with it.
