Summary

Fixes an incorrect numeric anchor in the Arrays section of the JavaScript Style Guide.

Section 4.7 incorrectly uses the anchor 4.5. This PR updates it to 4.7 to match the section number and improve navigation consistency.

Changes

  • Corrected the anchor in README.md.
  • No JavaScript functionality or style rules were changed.

Testing

  • Verified the section numbering.
  • Ran git diff --check successfully.

Nope, you're wrong. This section used to be 4.5, when links had numbers, but to avoid churn every time a section was added, moved, or removed, links changed to english - and these anchors are legacy to ensure URLs never break.

This change would break URLs, and thus would be massively harmful and bad.
