Guarded live fallback for nightly rc=66: isolated stamped build, exact FF target, frozen live install, atomic dist exchange, restart continuation. Cross-night pending marker prevents same-SHA retry skips; END FAILED class and silent-exit paths now write t3-nightly-cycle.alert + RESULT FAILED.
Simulation: 72 passed / 0 failed. bash -n, ShellCheck, vp check, full typecheck, factory gate clean. No live cycle restart was run.
Closes ADA-147.
