Lexically normalize simple Bash/sh wrappers, rejecting compound syntax, substitutions, redirections, assignments and newline separators for gate credit. Preserve privacy-safe cross-layer diagnostics for strings and argv lists. All 839 Python tests pass; graph refreshed. TASKS/PILOT updated. No historical rescore or efficacy claim. Merge only after green hosted CI.
