Bumps the ably-common submodule to main and regenerates the error-code docs (yarn generate:errors). The error registry was updated in ably-common after the initial docs integration merged, so the committed pages were out of date.

• Submodule ably-common → main (3bcbe0a).
• +1 code: 40182 (APNs token authentication required for push-to-start).
• 2 identifier refinements: 40180 (…_required → …_required_for_location) and 93002 (mutable_messages_not_enabled → message_updates_not_enabled). Their URL slugs change, but the bare-code redirects (…/codes/40180, …/codes/93002) still resolve, so code-based links and the error href keep working.
• Copy updates to titles/summaries/bodies across ~120 existing entries.

No machinery changes — this is purely the submodule bump plus the regenerated output.

Verification

• All 256 pages (255 detail + index) compile with the site's MDX + GFM config.
• CI check-error-docs regenerates and diffs, so the committed pages are confirmed in sync with the registry; the build job builds the site.
