[Feat]: Change Httpx to Httpx2 #1288

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to properly use Google ADK with MCP v2 we have to use httpx2 but, a2a is still using httpx so we have to maintain both dependencies in our custom framework.
Describe the solution you'd like
Change httpx to httpx2, httpx2 is backward compatible, just have to change the imports and the dependency in pyproject.toml

+1 from MasOrange (Orange Spain). We run other libraries that have already migrated to
httpx2(mcp2.x,langsmith) alongsidea2a-sdk, anda2a-sdkis now the only dependency that keepshttpxin our stack.Is this something you'd consider for an upcoming release?

We will work on updating
httpxtohttpx2along with ensuring backwardhttpxcompatibility, so that minor version would be released instead of major.Thank you for highlighting the issue, I will inform you when the PR lands
