Superseded without merge by consolidated draft PR #12. The comparison, preserved capabilities and remaining H3/owner acceptance requirements are recorded there and in its engineering review. This branch and original evidence remain intact.
AEOS currently requires manual assistant handoffs. This adds a bounded executable adapter for one local GitHub-shaped issue export: isolated Git worktree → existing packet scaffolder → existing handoff build/check → returned evidence → existing result validation/review. Ordinary intake creates a draft and stops for human Gate A; T3 Code/agent transport remains manual.
The fixed synthetic demo performs only read-only issue inventory and ends at
candidate_needs_independent_H3. Embedded issue instructions never determine scope or commands. It records command outcomes, tool/context/result fingerprints, and worktree baselines; refusal tests cover draft dispatch, drift, tampering, out-of-scope writes, incorrect inventories, failed checks and worker H3 claims. No scheduler, model runtime, paid API, Docker, live issue acquisition, private vault access, integration, deployment or Gold application is added. Frozen distributions and website files are unchanged.Validation: 20 prototype tests, 8 existing repository tests and 20 boundary-scanner tests passed locally on Linux/Python 3.12.14; the 270-file tracked/archive scan and whitespace checks passed. Hosted checks on head
6032ae0ef87762e73ecd1b37a1e5c67f9f4c0e12all passed:shallow: false). The local package-validator attempt correctly refused Linux. The initial Ubuntu 26.04/Python 3.14.5 setup attempt could not find that runtime; the workflow now pins Ubuntu 24.04, confirmed supported in the official Python versions manifest. Local source was reconstructed through the GitHub connector: all 264 blobs and the base tree matched the pinned upstream source; full upstream history was subsequently checked by hosted CI.
Exact PowerShell commands, manual handoff/return steps, independent-review evidence and draft-PR commands:
prototypes/issue_handoff/README.md. Public-safe implementation receipt:prototypes/issue_handoff/evidence.json. Full local demo logs remain outside the PR.Independent H3 and owner acceptance are pending. This is a synthetic proof of the contracts, not a working autonomous software factory. Next milestone: independent read-only review, then one human-authorized manual T3 return against the same synthetic inventory task before expanding to code edits.
