站牌拓撲先回來時先保留清單但不立即觸發淡入動畫，改在即時 ETA 完成後才開始淡入，避免使用者先看到整排「載入中」而感覺 ETA 很慢。為避免慢速或失敗請求造成空白，仍保留 500ms 最大等待上限。新增回歸測試驗證 ETA 前透明度維持 0、ETA 到達後開始淡入，以及 500ms 上限。另已確認 main 的 6f550fa 與 smart_route_service_test 已實作並驗證末班駛離路線不會進入智慧推薦。驗證：route detail loading 與 smart route service 合計 26 項測試通過；修改檔案 dart analyze 無問題；git diff --check 通過。
